Our client here was an individual turning his many years of experience into his own company.
He was going to create a set of online engineering tools that simulate extraordinarily complex scenarios normally only achievable via complex, difficult software. I learned about analysts that must simulate, for instance, how a fire might spread in a building, taking into account many possible ignition sources, differing materials, transfer rates, and so on.
I walked the client through some brand identity exercises, working through a few rounds of logo iterations:
We quickly closed on a splash page design and I delivered some basic identity documentation. More design work was to remain, but the client's funding never came through.
